Raëth pieces are handcrafted using natural materials. Variations in leather grain, texture, colour and finish may occur. These characteristics are inherent to natural leather and handcrafted production.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, prices and availability are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device or display.
Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Raëth reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including incorrect pricing, product availability or an inability to fulfil the order.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes will be indicated as required.
Personalisation & Bespoke
Personalised and bespoke pieces are created specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
Bespoke pieces are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. The amount paid will not be issued as a credit note.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Where an approved return or exchange cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be issued as a credit note, in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
