Every Raëth piece is prepared with care. We keep our return policy simple and transparent.

Jutti — Size Exchange

Juttis may be returned within 7 days of delivery only in case of a size issue.

The jutti must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging.

A size exchange will be provided subject to availability. If an exchange cannot be provided, the amount paid will be issued as a credit note.

Other Products

All other products are non-returnable and non-refundable. The amount paid will be issued as a credit note where applicable.

Bespoke

Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. The amount paid will not be refunded and will not be issued as a credit note.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact Raëth within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Damaged products may be returned to Raëth for resolution.

Refunds

Raëth does not offer refunds on any product.

Where a return or exchange is approved under this policy, the applicable amount will be issued as a credit note, unless otherwise stated above.

Return Shipping

For an approved return, Raëth will bear the return shipping cost once.

If the same product needs to be shipped again—for example, after a size exchange—the customer will bear the subsequent shipping cost.
